She then addressed the recent dispute involving Mandy Miller—particularly the question of who contacted whom and whether she attempted to influence Mandy’s decision to appear on Tenderly Loving Elvis.

She says Mandy contacted her first.
According to the statement, Mandy told her that she intended to appear on the channel with Shauna. Given the previous history between the speaker and the channel, she says she was shocked and deeply disappointed.
